How did a woman named Snot-Nose wrap up publishing children’s books?
Here are the reality as I understand them . . .
I just am the youngest of four youngsters, most of whom have big mouths. We were so noisy, that once a female asked my buddy if our mom was deaf.
She was not.
The simply sibling who didn't have the trademark Johnson big oral cavity was my sister, Gina, who had Autism. My father and mother worked very difficult to try to work out how to support Gina, but being the mother or father of a kid with major Autism is similar to riding a unicycle within an earthquake.
Since I was the youngest, I spent considerable time by myself creating words, stories, music and jokes (referred to as Gennifer Jokes) none which made a whole lot of sense. Thankfully, I kept almost all of these weird imaginings to myself.
After graduating from Brandeis University with a degree in English, I visited do the job writing advertising. I put in my days and nights trying to convince persons to take out another mortgage or update their printer or get loss of life and dismemberment insurance. I wrote backup for seven years until most of my words commenced to audio like the task of a major mouth twelve year good old. Of which point I visited Art School. With another level from Rhode Island University of Style I was likely to acquire my portfolio along, but rather I wrote my initially novel. (I really do my best job when I’m said to be doing another thing.) And that was the start. I have already been a twelve season old for two decades now. I've no plans to carefully turn thirteen.
